Medieval Times dinner for Payne's birthday. Richard and I have seen this type of show before in Las Vegas and thought Payne would really enjoy the show.
June 18, 2009 Rangers v. Astros game
What a great night. the ballpark is so nice. Tickets were great thanks to my Uncle Ron knowing a guy that gave us a suite with food and drinks.....and George W. and Laura Bush were just a few suites away. And the Astros won...finally.

It was damn hot. The longhorns did not seem to mind too much. Payne took lots of pictures. These longhorns were so tame we could pet them.
June 16, 2009 Fossil Rim Wildlife Park in Glen Rose
Funny pictures from today. I must say it was very cool to be able to drive through the park and have the animals eat out of your hands or in our case try to stick their heads in the car to get their snack. Avery loved the giraffe.
More Bermuda
Hamilton, Bermuda. All roofs all over the island are white and made of limestone. They collect rainwater and the limestone roofs help filter the water for everyday use and drinking. white roofs also keep the homes cooler. Average home price is $1.4 million and onlu Bermuda citizens can own property. Only way to be a citizen is to be born one...that's it. I love the bright colors.

Beautiful Bermuda!!!! It was amazing, seriously...and we were treated like royalty by Richard's company. Truely a trip to remember.

Happy birthday to me!!! Payne was awarded a certificate in recognation of his top score in the national geography challenge. His second grade class scored #2 in the nation...that's right folks, #2 in the nation!
