On to more sexier notes, isn't this guy just hot. I'd let him come in my kitchen any day...to cook that is. Eric Ripert. I bet he could teach me how to cook a really good pollenta since my attempt Sunday was nto that great but edible. Richard loved it but I thought it needed a but more...something. Myabe Eric could teach me what to do with the abundance of fresh green beans I have from the garden.
