I save glass jars, all sizes. This kinda started recently when I started saving jars for my sister's patio table so she could fill them with candles for entertaining. And our city does not recycle glass. But in the mean time, I discovered that I could reuse the glass jars like tupperware and guess what, the food does not change flavors when stored in glass jars like it does in plastic containers. Who knew.

For sending stuff home, for freezing spaghetti sauce in smaller units for making pizza, etc. For, sending hot sauce home with someone....
