Very cool invite. So, do you have a fancy black dress to wear? BTW, what is a Bucaneer Coronation?
no, we probably won't go. $60 per person and i have nothing to wear. besides, i can't imagine DH in a tux. LOL.
buc days is a corpus festival and the girls in the Coronation have 'come out' into society. they wear these very elaborate dresses costing upwards of $20k and covered with beads and jewels. They are sophmores in college. check out pcitures at

Yup. many times more. it takes over a year to make the dress
